The ACC and the ERC have been awarded the WWF LCZ scoping study on the feasibility of developing a Low Carbon Zone in the Western Cape.Work on the project is underway by both Meagan Jooste of ERC and Yvonne Hansen of the ACC's Cape Urban Observatory.
